Lloyd P. Eisen
Lloyd P. Eisen concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, trusts and estates, federal and state taxation, and a broad array of business, real estate and commercial transactions.
"Each client has specific needs with regard to their personal, family and business matters. I strive to provide the best solutions for them, always designing strategies to minimize taxes, preserve wealth and protect their personal, financial and business interests," he says.
Mr. Eisen has been a frequent guest speaker on topics concerning Wills and estates and changes in tax law. His clients include businesses in a variety of industries, from recreation to real estate development, to retail and hospitality. He is counsel to Avalon Home Center, Casel's Supermarket, Max Gurwicz & Son, Inc., McAllister Fuels, Inc., Ocean Yachts, A.C. Linen and Schoffer Enterprises.
Mr. Eisen is a native of Paramus, New Jersey. He earned a B.A. in Economics with distinction at Rutgers University in 1972 where he was a Henry Rutgers Scholar and received his J.D. with honors from New York Law School in 1975, where he also was an editor of the New York Law Review. He completed advanced training, and received his Master of Laws in Taxation in 1979 from New York University. He is a member of the Atlantic County and New Jersey State Bar Associations.
A past president of Beron-Jewish Older Adult Services, he has served as Trustee of the Federation of Jewish Agencies and currently serves as a Director of the Linwood Golf and Country Club.
